General Instructions

 The sessions start promptly at 10.30 AM and ends at approximately 12.30 PM or when the final responses are submitted, which should be no later than 1.00 PM

 Please email your teacher at vanita_bhatia@hotmail.com once you are logged on to the session. End the session with another email along with the final responses.

 Start with your regular prayers at home at10.30 at a quiet location in your home (prayer room, study, garden)

 Feel free to invite your parents or friends in the session, as long as they follow the basic discipline rules of Balvikas

 Feel free to email me on any questions or concerns, suggestions you might have.
